B.Nute productions wants you to be not only satisfied, but also delighted with your purchase! We are committed to providing high quality invitations, stationery, party goods and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Since many products are personalized, we rely on your keen eye during the proofing process. After your approval of the proof, you accept responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after the proof approval, we will require a charge for a reprint.

Due to the inherent nature of computer monitors, slight color variations may occur when viewing or proofing products on different monitors. Also, color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products. B.Nute productions strives to find as accurate a color representation as possible, but can not guarantee absolute color matches.

Cancellations

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to cancel, there may be a fee.

We will proved a full refund if no work has begun. If your order is in the proofing process, but you need to cancel, we refund 75% of your total order. If the product has been printed, there is no refund of your order.
