Not familiar with Etsy? No problem... we’re happy to walk you through the process of ordering from B.Nute’s Etsy shop and/or take custom orders if you’d prefer!

Ordering from B.Nute’s Shop on Etsy

Ordering from B.Nute production shop on Etsy (http://bnute.etsy.com) is a simple process. Below are some simple instructions to walk you through the process of ordering from B.Nute’s Etsy Shop:

Proof of Order

Digital invitations and printed invitations can be personalized with your party details (i.e., date, time, location). Type styles and sizing remains as designed, but your information will be used. As part of the cost of the invitation, you will received 1 (one) proof with your parties details. Additional proofs may result in more charges.

Delivery/Shipping

Once the payment has been received, your item(s) will be created within 2-7 business days depending on personalization and/or details or order. For rush orders, there may be an additional charge. See our Shipping Policies page for more details about shipping.

Custom Order Request

We want to make the buying process is a pleasant experience! If you’d prefer to email B.Nute productions directly with your order request, no problem! Just send an email to Betsy Beier at B.Nute productions and include the following information:

1. •Item Name(s) you wish to purchase
   

2. •Your Name
   

3. •Your Email
   

4. •Your Address to Ship Items
   

5. •Requested Date for Shipping (i.e., is the product a gift needed at a specific time? If item is a Party Kit, when is the party?)
   

6. •If ordering invitations: please include party details– child’s name and age (if applicable to invite), date, time, location, and rsvp information.
   

7. •If ordering a personalized banner or stationery/tags: please include the name or saying you’d like on the banner or stationery/tags.
   

8. •If ordering an item with a personalized photo: please include/attach the photo or photos you’d like to use. See Help/FAQ for more photo details if needed.
   
   

Betsy will respond by email with an estimate of your order; including the total price, shipping, payment information, estimated time of shipment and answer to any other questions.

2. Once you’ve received the estimate, respond back with a confirmation of order, and how you would like to pay. You can either pay by check or credit card.

       FOR PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
       • Online Payment: A secure online Paypal invoice can be created
       for you to pay online. A Paypal account is not required for this
       transaction.
       • Pay by Phone: We can process your credit card over the phone
